  • Q&A

Where can I buy Cooling Balm?

Cooling Balm is available to buy at grocery stores, pharmacies and from the RFSU store.

Can Cooling Balm be used after shaving your face?

Cooling Balm is designed to be used after intimate shaving. But since it is made to suit the sensitive intimate area, it can also be used on the face. Test it on a small area first to ensure there is no reaction, especially if you have sensitive skin. Avoid getting the product in your eyes.

Should I use both Cooling Balm and Ingrown Hair Cream immediately after shaving?

We recommend that you first apply Cooling Balm to the shaved area and allow it to be completely absorbed by the skin. Then you can smear on a layer of Ingrown Hair Cream.

I get red spots on my bikini line when I shave. I then bought the Cooling Balm. But it stings and I almost get more spots from it.

For optimal results, you should use our Easy shave gel when shaving and have a sharp razor, to minimize friction. This is usually when you damage the skin and risk causing rashes. Our Cooling balm soothes and conditions the skin and reduces the risk of infection as it contains alcohol. To get the best results, combine both products and have a good razor. But skin is sensitive to different things, it could also be that it is the alcohol that is irritating your skin.
