What time of the day should I take an ovulation test?
You should take the test between 10am and 8pm, when the LH secretion is at its greatest. Try to test around the same time each day. Drink less for about 2 hours and preferably do not urinate 4 hours before performing the test to avoid dilution of the LH hormone in the urine.
