How to use

For those with sensitive mucous membranes, a small amount should be tested first on a small area of the skin and intimate parts.

Q&A

Many of the Sense Me products are perfumed. Is that ok?
All products are mild and gentle and specially designed for intimate use. The products are paraben-free and gynecologically and dermatologically tested with very good results. Scent is a sensual sense and many feel that lubricants can have a slightly medicinal scent. We have therefore chosen to have a small amount of perfume in some of the products to increase the feeling of well-being. All perfumes are approved for this area of use. If you know that you have sensitive mucous membranes, you have to experiment, but Magic Glide is one perfume-free alternative and is as lovely as it sounds.

How do I choose the right lubricant?
It can be difficult to choose the right kind of lubricant, because there are many different variants to choose from. The two most common types are water-based or silicone-based. The silicone-based lubricant gives a very silky feel and is usually more expensive than the water-based lubricant. Both water-based and silicone-based lubricants can be used perfectly for both latex condoms and condoms made of polyurethane plastic. Water-based lubricant is jelly-like in consistency and is slightly firmer than a silicone-based equivalent. You often need to use a larger amount of water-based lubricant than a silicone-based one. Difficult to choose? You don’t have to! Sense Me Magic Glide is a lubricant that combines the best properties of both water-based and silicone-based lubricants.
-
Do lubricants in the Sense Me range contain spermicides?
All RFSU lubricants are gynecologically tested and do not contain spermicides and cannot be used as contraceptives.
-
Can I use lubricant if I’m trying to get pregnant?
If you are trying to get pregnant, you should have as natural an environment for the sperm as possible. You should preferably not use anything that either affects the pH value or that can make it more difficult for the sperm to move easily or make their way up. Therefore, avoid all kinds of lubricants unless you really have to use one to be able to have intercourse. In that case, it’s better to use a little lubricant than nothing at all – a water-based lubricant such as Klick Natural Glide is good to use.
-
If you’re a vegan, can you use RFSU lubricant?
Yes! Our lubricants and massage products are free from animal contents and materials. As a vegan, you can use these products with a clear conscience.
-
Why should I use a lubricant?
Lubricants provide extra moisture and are good for increasing pleasure during sex or for reducing friction. Lubricants can be used during masturbation and when using sex toys, or when having sex with one or more partners.
